June 2, 2008

Pacman Jones is granted limited reinsatement. Dallas (ChattahBox) – The Dallas Cowboys should breathe a little sigh of relief after learning that cornerback Adam “Pacman” Jones was granted a limited reinstatement and allowed to participate in training camp, team workouts, and pre-season games. The Cowboys knew that they were taking a risk when they traded for the troubled Jones when they sent a 4th round pick this year and a 6th round pick in 2009.

Jones was suspended April 10, 2007 after a long history of arrests and legal problems. Cowboys owner Jerry Jones said that this was the “first step” in the process and that Jones is aware that there are things that need to be done in order to take the next step.
