The game resulted in a Lakers win, but the Celtics still look poised to win it all in Boston on Tuesday night.

The Boston Celtics have lost only 1 game throughout the entire playoffs at home, a close game against the Detroit Pistons.

Beyond that one blemish, the Celtics have proven to play far superior at the Garden in Boston, for obvious reasons.

Garnett always appears to be more aggressive, as does the likes of role players such as Leon Powe, Eddie House, and the rest of the crew.

Paul Pierce and Ray Allen both continued to play extremely well in game 5, and the Lakers blew another huge lead at home after the first quarter.

The Lakers had a 14-point lead with 9-minutes left in the 4th quarter on Sunday night, and still blew it as the Celtics nearly stole game 5 to win the NBA title on the Lakers’ floor.

The Los Angeles Lakers have been unable to hold a lead and keep it together on their home court, so to think they have the mental toughness to win 2-straight in Boston is merely wishful thinking.

Look for the big 3 to raise banner 17 for the Celtics Tuesday night.
