Apple Makes Deal To Expand iPhone Into More Markets

Apple has expanded the reach of the iPhone again with a new deal signed by TeliaSonera.New York (ChattahBox) – Apple has expanded the reach of the iPhone again with a new deal signed by TeliaSonera.

With this new deal, TeliaSonera will bring the Apple iPhone to Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia. This builds on the new plan put in place by Apple to no longer use exclusive deals with mobile carriers.

By the end of 2008, it is fully expected that the iPhone will be released in these markets by the company, which has over 100 million subscribers.

The majority of their subscribers come from Norway and Finland.
