MySpace has been hard at work on the redesign as they have had employees working on it for at least six months now. A great deal of resources have gone into the redesign which will change around the home page, navigation, search engine, and video player.

The first phase of the new redesign will begin to launch next Wednesday, and the hope by the company is that the redesign will make the site far more user-friendly.

Myspace worked off of the ideas of users with the redesign, as many things have changed.

They have altered the profile editor to make it far easier to use.

They have also changed the search interface, making it more streamlined.

The video player also now supports Flash 9 full-screen mode.
