Google Sued By Start-Up Company Over E-Mail Uploader

Google has been hit with a lawsuit from a Chicago start-up company named LimitNone.  The lawsuit involved their development of the Google E-mail Uploader tool.Washington (ChattahBox) – Google has been hit with a lawsuit from a Chicago start-up company named LimitNone. The lawsuit involved their development of the Google E-mail Uploader tool.

The lawsuit states that Google did not follow the rules in regards to trade secrets, and violated consumer fraud laws in the state of Illinois.

The Google E-Mail Uploader and gMove from LimitNone ar every similar in that t hey move e-mail, address books, and calendars of corporate customers from Microsoft Outlook into Gmail.

LimitNone stated that Google invited the company to work with them, and then turned around and pretty much stole the technology.

The huge lawsuit is asking for reimbursement from Google of actual damages, attorney’s fees.
