The much-talked-about Apple Brick reportedly is hinting at the future of the MacBook laptops..................Washington (ChattahBox) – The much-talked-about Apple Brick reportedly is hinting at the future of the MacBook laptops.

Apple has been hard at work for years on their own manufacturing plants, and the company appears to be ready to put them into use.

The site 9to5Mac.com has released details on the Apple Brick, stating that it is a new manufacturing process clue.

This could mean that future MacBook laptops, set to launch on October 14, 2008,w ill feature a  solid-aluminum chassis.

Apple manufactures them with the use of water-jet cutting tools, as well as lasers.

This will make the laptops lighter, and far more sturdy.
