Google Earth Launches For Apple iPhone, iPod Touch

This week marks the launch of Google Earth for the Apple iPhone and iPod Touch.........Washington (ChattahBox) – This week marks the launch of Google Earth for the Apple iPhone and iPod Touch.

The Google Earth application has launched through the App Store as a free download.  It brings the desktop experience home, working with the iPhone and iPod Touch unique features.

Users can use the multi-touch touch screen to zoom in and  view different geographic locations with the software.

Other nice additions added in with the service include the compass, as well as built-in support of Panoramio, Wikipedia, etc.

It is available in all 18 languages that the iPhone and IPod Touch supports.
