Windows 7 is going to be the next operating system from Microsoft, and will be the successor to Vista, which has not been received well by the public to say the least.

Windows 7 is going to basically be touted as a much improved versino of Vista, with many new features, the ability to do things faster, eaiser, etc.

There are big changes in store when Windows 7 finally hits, including things that will make the computer easier to run.

These additions include a brand new desktop bar for users to load applications, as well as the Home Group feature to get on networked computers.

The new operating system overall is being touted as just a simplified OS, allowing users to do things with fewer steps.

The other major thing is that WIndows 7 is not going to need as much memory and such as Vista did.

When Vista launched, you needed a top-of-the-line computer to run it, that will not be the case here.

Windows 7 is expected to launch in January of 2010 to the public.
