A U.S. medical helicopter crashed in Houston, Texas over the weekend, killing all four people on the helicopter.Las Vegas (ChattahBox) – A U.S. medical helicopter crashed in Houston, Texas over the weekend, killing all four people on the helicopter.

There were four deaths in total, consisting of a pilot, a nurse, paramedic, and the patient. The patient was identified as 58-year old David Disman.

The patient was being transported for surgery from Huntsville, Texas to Houston, Texas.

The medical helicopter had to go 66 miles from one hospital to the other, but never made it.

Officials are conducting a full investigation into the crash.
