The case between the Wyeth pharmaceutical company, and Diane Levine is going to the Supreme Court......Washington (ChattahBox) – The case between the Wyeth pharmaceutical company, and Diane Levine is going to the Supreme Court.

Back in July, a Vermont jury awarded Diane Levin $6 million from Wyeth, which she now has to defend.

This dates back to an event in 2006, when Levine went to a health clinic due to a migraine.

She was given the Wyeth drug Phenergan through an intravenous drip.

The nurse missed the vein and Levine had to have her arm amputated.

Levine stated that the drug did not have the proper warnings about the effects if given through IV.

She will go to the Supreme Court in November to defend the ruling.
