Transgendered Woman And Man’s Marriage ‘Invalid’, Says State

May 15, 2009

Tennessee (ChattahBox) – A transgendered woman and man have had their marriage annulled after officials of the state announced that they did not recognize the woman as female.

Jo T. Rittenberry and Jeffrey Scott Phillips have been married for over a year, but the state does not recognize gender reassignment, or gay marriage. And so the conservative region announced the marriage was not valid in Tennassee.

“The marriage is real to me,” Rittenberry told The Clarksville Legal Chronical, as reported by The Associated Press.

Rittenberry claims to have received gender reassignment surgery in Canada in 2006, though the clinic denies this, saying the surgery was never actually performed.

Well, it’s Tennessee, after all. Five million people, seven last names. Inbreeding does bad things to the higher faculties after a few generations.

Both her Kentucky Birth Certificate and Drivers license says “female”. This is a bunch of BS.
