Conservative Racist Email: Photo of Obama in Tribal Dress With Bone in His Nose

July 9, 2009

(ChattahBox)— As the battle for health reform reaches a fevered pitch, Republican opponents to the overhaul of our broken health care system are becoming desperate, reverting to the usual baseless charges of “Socialism.”

But, a disturbing racist email making the rounds with the subject line, “Obamacare Healthcare is coming soon!” is beyond the pale, revealing the ugly racist underside of the GOP.

The email contains a photoshopped image of President Obama with a bone through his nose, clothed in full tribal dress.

The emal contains the following statement:

“That’s right, folks! Barack Obama will tax your health benefits and then flee with the money to Africa, where he will convert all the tribespeople to Socialism and become their king after developing inhumanly muscular calves.”

Expect the GOP and insurance lobbyists to get even uglier, as they step up their efforts to block any meaningful health care reform so desperately needed for our country.

Thanks to Crooks and Liars for tipping us on to this story.

Republicans, Nazis, hypocrites, inbred Southern White bigots… All terms to describe the same people, exemplified by Sarah Palin, Mark Sanford, Dick Cheney, George W. Bush and Rush Limbaugh.

You people are outraged by this? LOL!

“Republicans, Nazis, hypocrites, inbred Southern White bigots… All terms to describe the same people, exemplified by Sarah Palin, Mark Sanford, Dick Cheney, George W. Bush and Rush Limbaugh.”

    How silly can U get?

He jackass I’m a black man and I will tell you that I have dealt with more racist crap from leftist liberal jackasses who pretend that they give a crap about black folks. So you can shove your ignorant generalizations of right wing types.

Racism does not have a party affiliation.

Instead of bitching about some perceived racist photo why not try and comprehend where all of this stimulus money is going, why people are losing their jobs why now 38 percent of Americans STRONGLY DISSAPPROVE of the job Obama is doing. He approval ratings are dropping like a rock and folks are already tired of him and you are worried about some stupid e-mails god you people are pathetic.

This is for Gaius I really don’t believe that you are black because when you say u people thats what white folks say when they want to say u nigga’s. The president is trying to do everything he can to try and straighten up the mess that Bush made and no it’s not going to happen overnight and if anybody is complaining they should be complaining about Bush and how all of these big corop have taken all of our money and now because of our president investagation they or all coming down.

there are more important things we should be thinking about. People are dying every day in the war, people are homeless and hungry, this stupid email should be the least of our concerns. yeah yeahhhhhhhhhhhhh

For all of you who keep saying there are more important things to think about:

You obviously don’t get the implications here. How are we going to solve ANYTHING if the members of out government, the people who run this country, who are responsible for fixing it, are doing things like this? Not only is it childish, but it shows a horrifying lack of ability to support the person in the highest seat of government.

Frankly, I would have been outraged if it had been any other president as well. We have serious issues facing this country and the world. We have so much that has to be done. But instead of offering alternatives and solutions, or putting away partisan ideologies, they are sending racist emails about the President.

This speaks of a much larger problem, and it shows that the GOP will not be part of any solution. After all, we have heard a lot of bitching from their side, but has anyone heard any solutions being offered up from their end?

Thank you for your voice of reason Olivia!

Ugly racism and bigotry has no place in our public discourse, but many Conservatives don’t possess the necessary self-awareness to even feel ashamed about their hateful rhetoric. People can disagree with the policies of President Obama all they want, but injecting their attacks with hate mongering and racism only serves to discredit their arguments and their character.

GWEN, I agree with what you said about GAYUS…

He is probably white. Bottom line…REPUBLICANS/GOP SERVE A WHITE SUPREMACIST AGENDA. Period. Sarah Palin basically showed and proved she was a racist and her party is even worse because non of them objected.

If you don’t like the man, fine, but you and YOUR kind make Republicans look like morons.
