Glenn Beck on Palin/Beck Ticket: ‘She’d be Yapping’ Out of the Kitchen

November 27, 2009

(ChattahBox)—Fox News’ Glenn Beck, the Anti- Defamation League’s new poster boy for the top post of right-wing extremist “fearmonger-in-chief,” believes that women belong in the kitchen. The rabid promoter of anti-government and anti-Obama fringe conspiracy theories, is also quite the sexist. Imagine that.

Upon hearing of the recent conservative speculation of a 2012 Republican Palin/Beck presidential ticket, Beck ruled out the idea saying, he would only consider a Beck/Palin ticket. Women in his view, are only qualified for vice president and should only be talking to men, while in the kitchen.

When asked about a possible Palin/Beck ticket during an appearance on Fox & Friends, Palin called the idea a “hoot” and didn’t rule it out:

CARLSON: “Chances you’ll run on a ticket with Fox’s own Glenn Beck, as was reported earlier this week?”

PALIN: “I saw that, I saw that. I got a kick out of it, and he probably thought that was just a hoot too to hear such a thing. Um, I don’t know. We’ll see, we’ll see.”

Palin also told the right-wing site Newsmax that she wouldn’t rule out joining with Glenn Beck. “But Glenn Beck I have great respect for. He’s a hoot.”

Well, Beck the self-described rodeo clown, didn’t like being called a “hoot” by a woman and quickly put to rest the notion of a Palin/Beck presidential ticket:

BECK: “Okay, stop stop stop. I don’t think things are hoots. I don’t. I don’t think it’s a hoot. I would never use the word hoot and I respectfully ask that every time my name is brought up she would stop using the word “hoot.” […]

“I mean it’s a laugh, its funny, it’s ridiculous. You would say it’s ridiculous, because it is. It’s ridiculous. But I don’t think — please stop using the word hoot.” […]

“Yeah, let me just put this rumor to rest cause she’s obviously — she hasn’t ruled — she obviously hasn’t ruled it out.” […]

“I’m sure she finds this a hoot. So while she’s still considering it — “we’ll see, we’ll see” — I just want her to know, I’m ruling it out.” […]

“No, no I’m just saying — Beck/Palin, I’ll consider. But Palin/Beck — can you imagine, can you imagine what an administration with the two of us would be like? What? Come on! She’d be yapping or something, and I’d say, “I’m sorry, why am I hearing your voice? I’m not in the kitchen.”

That Glenn Beck; what a hoot.

I don’t think Glenn Beck thinks women belong in the kitchen based on him alluding that Sarah Palin does. Then again, he might. He did think that the black president- who has a white VP, white SecD and plenty of white staffers- has a deep seeded hatred for white people.

Glenn Beck, I look forward to watching all of those PSAs in your commercial breaks.

I think it’s a great idea and a wooden stake through heart of the Republican Party; an even better idea
