Fox News and GOP Rep Want to Know Why Obama Hates Christmas

December 11, 2009

(ChattahBox)— As the silliness of the “War on Christmas” continues this holiday season, there is something new for conservative Republicans to become alarmed about. Our President who could be a super secret Muslim and is either an official citizen of Britain, maybe Kenya, or perhaps Indonesia, according to multiple birther conspiracies, is now opposed to the baby Jesus.

Fox News and Rep. Henry Brown (R-SC), wants us to know that the official White House Christmas card doesn’t use the word Christmas. Rep. Brown decries the card as “politically correct.”

“I believe that sending a Christmas card without referencing a holiday and its purpose limits the Christmas celebration in favor of a more politically correct holiday,” Brown said in an interview with Fox News radio. Brown recently sponsored a save the Christmas resolution in the House, which would condemn “…all attempts to ban or limit references to Christmas.”

Democratic National Committee spokesman Hari Sevugan said the White House card needs to be inclusive, as other presidents before him have realized, including George Bush. “Like previous administrations, including President George W. Bush’s, their holiday card offers the season’s greetings to everyone who receives it,” said Sevugan.
