Meet the New Carrie Prejean: Miss Beverly Hills Says Gays Should ‘Be Put to Death’

February 24, 2010

(ChattahBox)—Watch out Carrie Prejean, there is a new right-wing anti-gay beauty queen about to push you off your bigoted perch. Miss Beverly Hills 2010 Lauren Ashley is not only against gay marriage, but she believes that gays should be put to death, just like it says in the Bible. And like any good Evangelical Christian, Ashley no doubt, believes that the Bible is the “literal” word of God.

“The Bible says that marriage is between a man and a woman. In Leviticus it says, ‘If man lies with mankind as he would lie with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination. They shall surely be put to death and their blood shall be upon them.’ The Bible is pretty black and white,” Ashley told Pop Tarts.

“I feel like God himself created mankind and he loves everyone, and he has the best for everyone. If he says that having sex with someone of your same gender is going to bring death upon you, that’s a pretty stern warning, and he knows more than we do about life.”

Ashley, 23, owns her owns a personal training company and parties with Paris Hilton, but she says she doesn’t drink or do drugs, she just has a Biblical bloodthirsty bent when it comes to homosexuals.

And of course, Ashley says she has gay friends, but she can’t help that the Bible says they must die for their homosexuality.

“I don’t drink alcohol and I don’t smoke weed or cigarettes. My definition of partying is a little different,” she said. “I feel like my body is the Temple of God and it’s my temple so it’s really good to treat it well. I also feel like sex was made for marriage. You really show your future husband or wife respect and you build a lot of trust before you get married. You don’t have sex with other people, so that should definitely build trust, because you waited,” said Ashley.

Whatever, Miss “gays should be put to death” Ashley is sure to become the next new right-wing media darling; that is until her nude photos come out.

Ashley plans to represent Beverly Hills in the Miss California pageant in November.
