Man Leads Police To Woman His Father Tortured, Killed 22-Years-Ago

April 9, 2010

California (ChattahBox) – The remains of a woman who disappeared 22-years-ago have been found, after the son of the man he says killed her led police to her body.

According to Ernest Samuel Christie III, he was just 16-years-old when his father, Ernest Samuel Christie Jr. forced him to help him to dispose of the body of 27-year-old Lysandra Marie Turpin.

Christie III said his father had held her for two weeks, raped and tortured her, and then killed her. He then drove the body and his son out into the wilderness and had the teenager stack tires around her before they burned the remains.

He claims Christie Jr. had held and abused several women, and often brutalized them before they would escape. They have foiund a living victim who corroborated this story.

In the case of Turpin, she had been taken to a hollowed out tree stump, where police used a map drawn by the son to find. In it they found syringes, carpet, and plastic jugs, along with the charred remains of the victim.

Christie III described his father as being a brutal man who often abused women and used meth.

He is not under investigation for criminal activity. Christie Jr. died in 2006.
