British Prime Minister Gordon Brown has vowed to send more troops from Britain into Afghanistan.Boston (ChattahBox) – British Prime Minister Gordon Brown has vowed to send more troops from Britain into Afghanistan.

Brown held a joint news conference with U.S. President George W. Bush on Monday in London.

At the news conference, he vowed that the added troops will try to help the country recover from years of war conflict.

Bush was very quick to thank the British leader for the additional troops to help with the conflict in that part of the world.

The Prime Minister also made it very clear that Europe as a whole is ready to increase sanctioins on Tehran, if Iran does not cooperate in regards to their nuclear program.

This concluded the week-long trip to Europe for Bush.
