The declaration of its nuclear programs was due six-months ago, but it appears that North Korea has finally complied with what was requested.

South Korean Foreign Minister Yu Myung-hwan stated in Seoul that the declaration has been submitted.

The submission went to Chinese officials located in Beijing.

This comes as six-nation talks continue to try and stop the nuclear programs currently in place.

With this declaration now submitted, it is believed that the U.S. will drop trade sanctions against the regime there, and remove North Korea from the terrorist blacklist.

North Korea agreed to hand over the declaration in exchange for energy aid, among other things.
