Israel Seeks Russia Cooperation In Possible Iran Strikes

July 26, 2009

Israel (ChattahBox) – A new report in Global Politician has cited anonymous sources that say that Israel is seeking negotiations with Russia prior to attacking Iran.

The report says that Israel has been meeting with Russia, asking them to hold off on providing any military or weapon support to Iran for at least three months, when it is assumed they will be conducting various air strikes against the nation’s nuclear facilities.

It also says that it’s sources have claimed that Israel “has shared with the Russian visitors intelligence, including hard to obtain HUMINT, about the Iranian leadership, its oil economy, and military.”

It is one of many stories relating to the possible attack on Iran that have been circulating for months now, including one received from an official White House report, that stated that former president George W. Bush had denied Israel requested weapons assistance for similar attacks.
